Mt Eden Villa

A stunning project designed by Morrison Architects, the job included the installation of a ground floor under the house.

Mt Eden is a suburb notorious for its very rocky ground. It means breaking the rock, digging it out and removing it before any of the construction can begin.

To keep the project's cost down for the client, we had our own specialist groundworks machinery at Helicon and were able to complete the job exactly as the customer wanted
