Te Atatū Peninsula 2025

The Te Atatū project had two main priorities;budget and quality ,with time also being a key consideration. The project faced constraints related to limited site space. Despite this, the project was well managed, with careful consideration given to neighbouring properties. The architect, engineer, and Helicon worked together effectively and demonstrated strong teamwork throughout the project to deliver a simple but high quality look.
