Mt Eden Passive House

Mt Eden Passive House

This is a Certified Passive house in Mount Eden. The longevity of the project is about 18 months. One of the key elements of this project was using contemporary materials (RIB Raft Foundation System with thermal breaks, SIPs panels, Eco Windows WoodAlu, which combines timber with aluminium profile, Solar panels, Zehnder ventilation, etc.) allowed to construct extremely warm and environmentally friendly family home.

Another distinctive feature of the house is the installation of electric shutters, which are automatically adjusted based on weather conditions thanks to the integrated weather station, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

For the comfort of all residents in the house and to reduce noise levels, a Soundproof System with double GIB installation was implemented. As a building cladding, the client chose the ABODO System, with a portion of it featuring a special Japanese-style scorching technique. This unique design element has incredibly adorned the building, setting it apart from other structures in the area.

From inception to completion, the client engaged in a seamless collaboration with the team, crafting a distinctive family residence infused with personalized flair and style. The synergy between the architect, our company, and the client has yielded an exquisite family residence, one that is truly unmatched in its beauty and functionality.
