Client chose Coatesville to establish their family nest, drawn to this tranquil, secluded enclave where land parcels offer the canvas for grand visions to come to life. Despite facing setbacks during construction due to unforeseen Covid lockdowns, Helicon, as the principal contractor successfully navigated through every challenge, ensuring the project was completed on schedule. The resulting home is remarkably warm, reliable, and enduring, crafted from solid masonry and fortified with insulation with higher values.
Challenges included constructing a two-levels roof frame paired with a membrane roof and installing gas fireplaces. Meeting exacting client standards, Feng Shui principles were integrated during construction, enhancing harmony and balance not initially envisaged in the design phase. Expansive rooms with lofty ceilings, high class finishing materials, and renowned brands infuse the home with sophistication and unmatched coziness.
