CBD Apartment

This major project saw us converting the entire level of a commercial office into a stunning residential apartment. The brief was a completely new layout with high class finishing, despite the limited access to the building, noise restrictions in an office area, and removing the waste from the site, we succesfully completed the project. This was another job that included complete project management. We acted as the main contractor, managing a complex environment of a dozen contractors and abiding with the existing BodyCorp rules and regulations.
