Devonport Villa

This villa in Devonport, designed by the same architect who helped design the Sky Tower, sits on a hill with amazing views of Rangitoto Island and features a cinema, a cozy fireplace Italian tiles with underfloor heating, and built-in Bose speakers to ensure a comfortable environment. Furthermore the attic height was increased through new engineering solutions to create an additional living space.
