The Mt Eden Passive House is a certified Passive House built over 18 months, designed as a warm, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly family home. Contemporary materials—including a RIB Raft Foundation with thermal breaks, SIP panels, Eco Windows WoodAlu, solar panels, and Zehnder ventilation—were used to maximize comfort and sustainability.
Distinctive features include electric shutters linked to a weather station, a soundproofing system with double GIB, and ABODO cladding with a Japanese-style scorching technique, adding both aesthetic appeal and uniqueness. Close collaboration between the client, architect, and construction team resulted in a highly functional and personalized family residence with one that is truly unmatched in its beauty and functionality.
