We are embarking on another Passive House in Mt Eden!

Working with Context Architects, Helicon is the major contractor and project manager for this big build which began on Jan 2021 and is due to be completed by early 2022.

Our clients are a young family of doctors and we are pleased to say the build has just passed its first Passive House inspection.

That means everything is on track to meet the strict standards for this highly energy efficient style of build.
