Project and Accounts Administrator role has been opened

This role will suit a proactive and professional friendly project/accounts administrator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, who is looking to join a hardworking team.


Key areas of responsibility:


Assisting tenders preparation
Liaising with subcontractors, architects and clients
Preparation of payment claims and variations
Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project financial performance
Timekeeping for builders
Handling external and internal calls
Collation of client data and correspondence
Health and safety maintenance
Support the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry
Filing and Scanning duties

Knowledge and experience:


Experience supporting and working with a range of stakeholders.
Previous Administrative experience is desirable
Excellent initiative
Good written and verbal communication is a must
Financial literacy (QS degree would be advantage)
Highly organised with an eye for detail
Skilled in working with figures and data
Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Skilled in prioritising and problem solving
Strong initiative
Results driven

This is part-time role great for someone looking for flexibility and a hybrid work enviroment.
