When you have a team of 16 builders and various support staff, you have a huge collective knowledge on staff.

But, we are not satisfied with that alone!

Every year, we all try to increase our knowledge, skills and expertise. The majority of our team are currently undertaking some form of professional development. AND we love supporting each other.

Recently, we took our team and their families for a team building trip to fun-filled Tūrangi . We found lots of things to entertain ourselves with such as: the Tongariro crossing, Thermal pools, fishing and an epic Plov battle!
